Opened on 16 October 2026, La Réserve Firenze brings six serviced apartments to a restored Renaissance palazzo in Oltrarno, offering an alternative to conventional hotel rooms for couples, families and longer-stay travellers.
Inside La Réserve Firenze in Oltrarno
At Via Santo Spirito 6, in Florence’s Oltrarno district, La Réserve Firenze occupies Palazzo Segni, a 15th-century building with original frescoes and painted ceilings. The restoration was led by Parisian interior design studio Gilles & Boissier.
The six apartments range from 170 to 210 square metres, with one to three bedrooms. Options include a 175-square-metre one-bedroom apartment with frescoes, several two-bedroom layouts, and a three-bedroom duplex measuring 205 square metres with a 55-square-metre terrace.
Florence Serviced Apartments Compared with Hotel Stays

The main distinction is space and independence. Each apartment has a kitchen and separate living areas, making the format suitable for families, couples who entertain, or guests staying for several days or weeks. Shared facilities include a library, fitness room, games room with billiards, lounge and terrace.
Apartment Sizes, Services and Booking Details
Included services listed by the property include breakfast served in the apartment, twice-daily housekeeping, laundry, butler service and 24-hour concierge assistance. A private chef, babysitting, massages and airport transfers can be arranged on request; these should be confirmed and priced separately when planning a stay.
For travellers who value the facilities and social spaces of a conventional full-service hotel, the serviced-apartment model may feel different. For those prioritising privacy, multiple bedrooms and room to live, it is a practical alternative.
Rates and minimum-stay conditions depend on the selected dates and apartment. Check the official booking system before confirming, particularly for peak-season visits or extended stays.
