Sales of Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences officially launched on 23 September 2026. The 103 apartments and penthouses occupy the upper floors of the KPF-designed River Tower at One Nine Elms, above the Park Hyatt London River Thames hotel on the south bank of the Thames. The hotel itself opened in October 2024.

Prices currently start from £1.795 million, with three-bedroom residences from £3.55 million, excluding furnishings, according to current sales and property reporting. JLL also lists the development from £1.795 million.

Inside the Christian Bense Show Apartments

The first two show apartments, on Level 26, were designed by South African interior designer Christian Bense. One is a three-bedroom residence and the other a one-bedroom home. Bense uses mid-century references, warm timber, brass, stone and layered textiles, with contemporary and vintage furniture creating interiors intended to read as private homes rather than hotel suites.

What Residents Receive

The residences have a private entrance and lobby, a 24-hour concierge and a Residents’ Lounge on Level 19. Owners also have access to the Park Hyatt hotel's wellness facilities, including its 20-metre indoor pool, spa and fitness centre, alongside preferential access to hotel dining.

For an international owner using London as a pied-à-terre, the proposition is therefore less about hotel branding alone and more about combining a completed private apartment with an established hospitality operation downstairs.
