Kempinski has announced the launch of Kempinski Residences The Creek, a branded residential development on the banks of Dubai Creek in Al Jaddaf. The September 2026 announcement describes 279 apartments developed by Swiss Property, with views towards Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek Harbour and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.

The project consists of two residential buildings and has been designed around the relationship between indoor and outdoor space. Kempinski's earlier project documentation describes apartments ranging from one-bedroom homes to four-bedroom duplexes, with cascading terraces, landscaped gardens and shaded outdoor areas. Interiors were designed by Agata Kurzela Studio, which worked across the project's residential interiors.

Life at Dubai Creek

For residents, the proposition is centred on access to both private residential space and managed services. Amenities include a gym, yoga studio, squash and padel courts, swimming pools, a spa, private cinema, children's facilities and outdoor recreation areas. Kempinski's latest announcement also lists butler service, all-day dining and 24-hour security.

Kempinski Services for Residents

The Kempinski relationship is operational rather than simply a naming arrangement. Project documentation states that Swiss Property develops, markets and sells the residences, while Kempinski manages them under a licensing arrangement.

The timing is also notable: Dubai Land Department records indicate that the development was completed in July 2025, making the 2026 Kempinski announcement a launch of the residential address and its current positioning rather than the start of construction.
