Bugatti Residences Miami brings the French marque into US residential property, translating elements of its automotive design language into a 60-storey waterfront tower in Brickell.

Bugatti Residences Miami: The Project

Bugatti Residences Miami marks the marque’s first branded residential development in the United States. Announced on 17 September 2026, the project is planned for a waterfront site on the Miami River in Brickell, with Prosper Group and Belgium-based Versluys Group as development partners.

The planned tower will contain 183 residences, including four signature penthouses. Architecture is by Brandon Haw Architecture, while Yabu Pushelberg is responsible for the interiors. Rhodium has been selected as the residential operating partner. Sales are currently scheduled to launch in the first half of 2027.

From Automotive Design to Residential Architecture

The central design reference is Bugatti’s automotive vocabulary rather than a literal recreation of a car. Brandon Haw Architecture incorporates the marque’s distinctive C-line into the tower’s architectural language, while the interiors by Yabu Pushelberg translate Bugatti’s design principles into residential spaces.

That distinction matters: the project is being conceived as a residential building with a recognisable design identity, rather than a conventional condominium carrying an automotive name.

What the Miami Residences Include

At announcement, Bugatti and the developers had not released official pricing, detailed residence sizes or a complete amenity schedule. The project remains at the announced/pre-construction stage, so these details should not be inferred from Bugatti’s existing Dubai residence project.

For now, the defining proposition is the combination of a Miami River setting, residential architecture by Brandon Haw, interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and Bugatti’s first US move into branded residences.
