From 23 to 26 September 2026, the Monaco Yacht Show returns to Port Hercule for its 35th edition. For anyone considering a yacht purchase, new build, charter or refit, Monaco remains one of the few dates in the calendar when shipyards, brokers, designers, technical specialists and a substantial part of the current superyacht fleet can be seen within one harbour.

As of 9 September, the official live directories list 120 yachts, 549 exhibitors and 71 tenders. Several entries are still marked “to be unveiled soon”, so the final fleet may change before the gates open.

This year also brings a redesigned Designer Gallery, an expanded Blue Wake programme and a 2026 fleet containing a large number of recent deliveries. Here is what to know before arriving in Monaco.

Monaco Yacht Show 2026: Dates, Opening Hours and Access

The show takes place at Port Hercule from Wednesday 23 to Saturday 26 September 2026.

Opening hours: Wednesday 23 September, 10:00–18:30; Thursday 24 September, 10:00–18:30; Friday 25 September, 10:00–18:30; Saturday 26 September, 10:00–18:00.

Entry is permitted until 30 minutes before closing.

There are four public entrances: Quai Antoine Ier, Parvis Piscine on Boulevard Albert Ier, Quai Chicane and Quai Albert Ier. Dedicated VIP entrances operate at Quai Albert Ier, beside the Upper Deck Lounge, and Quai Louis II.

Wednesday requires particular attention when planning a visit. A €400 Wednesday Visitor Pass gives access to the exhibition areas but does not include the Dockside Area, where the yachts and much of the on-water exhibition are located. Dockside access that day is reserved for invited private clients and qualifying MYS VIP, Prestige VIP and Exhibitor Guest pass holders. General visitor access to Dockside begins on Thursday.

Monaco Yacht Show Tickets: 2026 Prices

Visitor tickets are sold online only, with no ticket sales at the entrances.

The published 2026 prices are €400 for Wednesday without Dockside access, €700 for a one-day pass from Thursday to Saturday, €1,300 for two days and €2,070 for three days.

Access to the show should not be confused with access onboard a particular yacht. Yacht and tender visits remain at the discretion of the shipyard or broker exhibiting each vessel. Buyers, charter clients and their representatives should therefore arrange important viewings before arriving in Monaco rather than relying on walk-in availability.

The Official MYS VIP Programme adds dedicated entrances and hospitality, courtesy-car transport during show hours, a boat tour of the bay subject to registration and weather, and daily lunch at the Upper Deck Lounge restaurant.

The higher Prestige VIP level includes four-day access, transfers between Nice Airport and Monaco, a private lounge, concierge assistance and an invitation to the Grand Opening Night on 22 September at Yacht Club de Monaco, an invitation-only event expected to host approximately 300 guests.

120 Superyachts: What to Look for in the 2026 Fleet

The scale of the fleet matters, but the more useful story this year is its age. The first official fleet announcement identified 43 yachts delivering in 2026, placing recent construction and current design thinking at the centre of the show.

The largest yacht currently listed is Leviathan, the 111-metre Oceanco delivered in 2025. Built with diesel-electric propulsion and developed with Oceanco and Lateral, she will occupy one of the most closely watched berths in Port Hercule.

Nearby in the upper size range is Nixie, the new 102-metre Lürssen completed in 2026. She was the largest yacht in the show's first fleet announcement in July before Leviathan was subsequently added to the live list.

Oceanco will also show Draak, a 92.8-metre yacht originally delivered in 2014 and extensively rebuilt in 2026. Formerly known as Equanimity and Tranquility, Draak has been adapted for scientific research and marine exploration and is intended to operate as a companion yacht to Leviathan.

Angelique, the 87.7-metre Turquoise Yachts delivery from 2026, is another significant new addition at Quai Rainier Ier.

At 80 metres, Pangea represents the newest generation of Amels Limited Editions. Delivered in October 2025, the yacht combines an Espen Øino exterior, Sinot interiors and hybrid technology.

Further down the fleet, several yachts provide a useful reading of where the market is moving. N2H, a 76-metre Turquoise delivered this year, joins T60, Baglietto's 60.6-metre flagship and the largest yacht built by the Italian shipyard to date.

Damen Yachting will also present the 60-metre QU2, delivered in May 2026 with hybrid technology, an Espen Øino exterior and a custom Winch Design interior.

For sailing yachts, one of the principal 2026 entries is Simena, the 62-metre Ares Yachts performance cruising ketch. The yacht combines sailing with parallel hybrid propulsion and is currently listed for sale at €45.9 million.

World Premieres Already Confirmed for Monaco

The current MYS press agenda gives an early indication of projects that will make their public debut during show week.

On Wednesday 23 September, Sunreef Yachts is scheduled to present the Sunreef 100 Eco in a world-premiere press event at Quai l'Hirondelle. The same afternoon, Sirena Marine will introduce the Sirena Superyachts 42M, the company's first steel superyacht.

On Thursday, Oyster Yachts plans to reveal a new flagship, while GX Superyachts has scheduled the world premiere of the GX42. Camper & Nicholsons will separately reveal the first complete interior and exterior concept from its Design Studio.

The live yacht directory also contains several unnamed projects from brokers and builders, including yachts still listed simply as “to be unveiled soon”. For that reason, the premiere list should be checked again immediately before publication and during show week.

New for 2026: The Designer Gallery

One of the clearest changes to the Monaco Yacht Show 2026 is the creation of the Designer Gallery, replacing the former Yacht Design & Innovation Hub.

Rather than dividing yacht designers between separate areas, the new format places them on a single continuous platform closer to the superyacht and tender berths. For an owner at an early stage of a project, this should make comparisons between exterior design, naval architecture and interior concepts more straightforward.

Confirmed participants include Argo Navis, Barracuda Yacht Design, Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design, Cor D. Rover Design, Dixon Yacht Design, Espen Oeino International, Frers Design, Hoek Design Naval Architects, Hydro Tec, Lateral Naval Architects, Philippe Briand, Pininfarina, Van Oossanen Naval Architects and VPLP Design.

Adjacent to the gallery, the MYS Immersive Experience by VBH will use interactive 3D technology to present yacht projects digitally. VBH is also introducing SENSE, a 360-degree installation combining visual, sound, lighting and scent technologies used in onboard environments.

Blue Wake Moves Beyond a Sustainability Label

The Blue Wake programme returns after its 2025 pilot, but with a broader remit.

Instead of simply grouping companies making environmental claims, participating solutions go through an assessment process supported by the Water Revolution Foundation. The evaluation covers areas including emissions reduction, material circularity, lifecycle-oriented design and the protection of water and marine ecosystems.

The current directory identifies 58 Blue Wake-recognised exhibitors for 2026. The programme has also expanded to brokerage and yacht-management companies, reflecting the fact that a yacht's environmental impact continues well beyond the build stage.

For owners and managers, this makes Blue Wake more relevant to operational decisions: propulsion, energy use, refit, coatings, materials, equipment and day-to-day yacht management.

Sailing Yacht Area and Adventure Area

The Sailing Yacht Area is positioned at Quai l'Hirondelle inside the Dockside Area. Visitors arriving through Quai Chicane can reach it on foot or use the MYS shuttle boats.

The Adventure Area covers tenders, water toys and other equipment associated with yacht operations and leisure. The current tender directory contains 71 entries, considerably more than the provisional number shown on some earlier MYS pages.

Tender displays are concentrated around Quai Jarlan and Quai Antoine Ier, while water toys occupy the public part of Quai Antoine Ier.

As with the main yacht docks, Wednesday access rules vary by section, so visitors coming specifically to inspect tenders should confirm access against their pass.

549 Exhibitors Across the Yacht Ownership Cycle

The live exhibitor list currently contains 549 companies covering shipyards, brokerage and charter, refit, naval architecture, yacht management, equipment, classification, specialist engineering and onboard products.

For buyers, the practical advantage of Monaco is therefore not limited to touring finished yachts. Meetings can be organised around different stages of the same project: comparing shipyards, speaking with designers, assessing propulsion and technical suppliers, meeting brokerage houses and discussing management or refit requirements within the same visit.

Anyone coming with a serious purchase, construction or charter brief should use the exhibitor directory before the show and schedule meetings by location. Port Hercule is compact on a map but moving repeatedly between distant quays can consume a substantial part of a day.

How to Get to Monaco Yacht Show 2026

For visitors arriving by air, Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately 22 kilometres from Monaco. The MYS advises allowing around 30 minutes by road in normal conditions, although traffic during show week can extend journey times.

The Line 80 airport coach operates approximately every 45 minutes and takes around 45 minutes. Helicopter services link Nice Airport and Monaco in around seven minutes, with regular departures and a shuttle connection from the Monaco heliport.

Rail is often the most predictable option during peak road traffic. Monaco-Monte-Carlo station is underground; visitors should follow the Port Hercule exit for the show.

Drivers are advised by the organiser to use the Salines car park near the entrance to the Principality. It can be booked online, is around a 15-minute walk from the port and includes bus tickets with parking.

The organiser states that Monaco's public buses will be free from 18 to 30 September 2026, covering the entire Monaco Yacht Show period.

Inside the show, free electric golf carts and shuttle boats connect exhibition areas. Courtesy cars are reserved for qualifying Prestige VIP, MYS VIP, Exhibitor Guest and Yacht Owner pass holders.

Where to Eat Inside the Show

The most practical option for scheduled business lunches is the Upper Deck Lounge restaurant by Fairmont Monte-Carlo at Parvis Piscine. It operates from noon during the show and advance reservations are recommended.

Café Lucciana at Quai Lucciana provides a quicker option for sandwiches, salads and drinks, while the VistaJet Terrace at Stars of Monaco on Quai Antoine Ier remains open beyond show hours.

For restaurants and hotels elsewhere in Monaco, visitors should book well before show week, particularly for Thursday and Friday evenings.

How to Plan a Yacht Viewing

The strongest change that can be made compared with a general visitor itinerary is to plan the show around specific objectives rather than yacht size alone.

A prospective owner comparing new builds might combine meetings with two or three shipyards, the Designer Gallery and selected Blue Wake suppliers. A charter client may be better served by pre-arranged inspections of comparable yachts and meetings with brokerage teams. An existing owner considering modernisation should allocate time to refit specialists, propulsion suppliers and yacht-management companies as well as the yachts themselves.

Onboard access is never guaranteed by an admission ticket. For priority yachts — particularly Leviathan, Nixie, Angelique and current 2026 premieres — appointments should be organised through the exhibiting yard or broker.

What Comes Next: The Future of Refit

One announcement associated with the MYS organisation looks beyond September.

Informa Prestige has launched The Future of Refit, a separate three-day event to be held in Monaco from 31 March to 2 April 2027. It will take place at the Grimaldi Forum, with an on-water display at the Yacht Club de Monaco marina.

This should not be confused with a Monaco Yacht Show 2026 exhibition zone. Its significance lies elsewhere: refit, refurbishment and technical modernisation have become substantial parts of yacht ownership as the global fleet ages and new-build slots at major yards remain constrained.

Informa estimates the global superyacht refit sector at approximately $3–5 billion annually, with more than 6,000 active yachts over 30 metres forming the underlying fleet. The decision to create a dedicated Monaco event is therefore another indication that refit is moving from a supporting service into a more visible part of the ownership market.
