Casa SUNSET x Mauro Colagreco Debuts at Monaco Grand Prix 2026

From June 5 to 7, 2026, SUNSET Monaco returns to Le Méridien Beach Plaza for its 13th edition with a significant new addition: the launch of Casa SUNSET x Mauro Colagreco, an open-air dining concept developed in collaboration with Chef Mauro Colagreco. The project marks the first time SUNSET has introduced a gastronomic destination of this scale during the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Monaco Grand Prix weekend.

Positioned on the Mediterranean waterfront, Casa SUNSET combines fine dining with the relaxed atmosphere that has made SUNSET one of the Principality’s most recognised Grand Prix events. For the occasion, Mauro Colagreco — the chef behind Mirazur in Menton and holder of eight Michelin stars across his restaurant portfolio — has created an exclusive menu inspired by some of his most recognisable dishes.

According to Colagreco, the concept was designed to reflect the particular energy of Monaco during Grand Prix weekend, bringing high-level cuisine into a more open and festive environment while maintaining a strong connection to gastronomy, nature and conviviality.

Conceived as a dedicated space within the wider SUNSET experience, Casa SUNSET will operate as an intimate destination between the intensity of the circuit and the Riviera’s seaside setting. Throughout the evening, the atmosphere will evolve naturally from dinner service into a late-night programme. Guests will be able to experience a four-act tasting menu before the venue transitions into an after-party featuring DJ sets running until the early hours.

The collaboration represents a new chapter for SUNSET, which continues to expand beyond its original beach-party format by integrating gastronomy as a central component of the experience. Organisers describe the partnership as a meeting of two complementary visions: SUNSET’s international and social spirit alongside Mauro Colagreco’s cuisine, known for its connection to nature, seasonality and contemporary Mediterranean influences.

Casa SUNSET x Mauro Colagreco will take place from June 5–7, 2026 at Le Méridien Beach Plaza, Monaco. Reservations are available exclusively through the SUNSET web application, with attendance managed through controlled capacity and timed seatings.
