Air France Train + Air now includes all OUIGO trains serving Paris Charles de Gaulle, making it easier to combine domestic rail journeys with international Air France flights under one reservation.
Air France Train + Air: What Has Changed
From 21 September 2026, Air France and SNCF Voyageurs have expanded their Train + Air service to all OUIGO trains serving Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The service combines an eligible train journey and an Air France flight in a single booking.
The expansion follows an initial 2025 rollout covering OUIGO connections from Aix-en-Provence TGV, Avignon TGV and Marseille Saint-Charles. Air France’s current list also includes destinations such as Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Montpellier, Nantes, Nice, Rennes, Strasbourg, Tours and Valence among the stations connected to Paris CDG under Train + Air. Not every listed connection uses OUIGO, so the train type should be checked when booking.
How the Train-and-Flight Booking Works
Travellers book the combined itinerary through Air France’s website, app or partner travel agencies. If the train or flight is delayed or cancelled, the Train + Air terms provide a seat on the next available train or flight without an additional charge. Online check-in is available through Air France from 30 hours before departure, or 24 hours for flights to the United States.
For international travellers, the practical advantage is continuity: a trip from a French regional city to an overseas destination can be organised as one itinerary through Paris CDG, rather than requiring separate rail and flight bookings.
Air France says Train + Air usage increased by 43% during the six months preceding the September expansion compared with the same period in 2025.
