Chronic pain and arthritis are alleviated through Kati Vasti, a lower back treatment with warm oil, and Pizhichil, an oil squeeze therapy. Digestive disorders are treated with Snehapanam, a medicated ghee detox, and Virechana, a purgation therapy.
