Mandarin Oriental, Paris collaborates with sustainable jewellery brand Courbet to offer the most romantic Valentine's day stay : Be My Valentine.
From February 10th to 19th 2023, Mandarin Oriental, Paris and Courbet imagined a unique experience from their shared values of eco-responsibility and modernity. Lovers will enjoy dinners in Thierry Marx' restaurants and a wellness moment to be lived in the intimacy of a private Suite of the spa.
The stay begins with a romantic welcome, including a bottle of Louis Roederer champagne and macaroons at the very heart of the room. During their Parisian getaway, lovers will be invited to a stroll around Courbet showroom, a few steps away from the palace hotel, on Place Vendôme, to discover the precious bracelet Let's Commit, offered by the house. This jewel, from one of the most emblematic collections of the brand, has a laboratory-grown diamond with 18k gold, held by a poetic lanyard.

At Bar 8, lovers will discover Valentine's day cocktail, imagined by the barmen of Mandarin Oriental, Paris. This cocktail, with hibiscus-infused vodka, verjuice, ginger syrup, house champagne liqueur and light vanilla mousse, will be served from February 14th to 19th, 2023. A non-alcoholic version will also be served, with non-alcoholic gin infused with hibiscus, verjuice, ginger syrup, chardonnay grape juice reduction, and light vanilla foam.

For Valentine's day, lovers will celebrate beneath the glass roof of Maison Bréguet's restaurant.
On this very special occasion, Chef Suha Ozkan elaborated a celebration menu for this magical evening, lifting the hearts with the suave tone of a singer, Laurinne.
To make the experience complete, Maison Bréguet also offers a romantic night nest : lovers will be welcomed with a few delicacies from Chocolat Alain Ducasse, as well as a love book to sweet-talk each other all night long.

Once you’ve settled into your room, your stay begins with the latest exclusive creation by Pastry Chef Quentin Lechat, re-creating the famous Dirty Dancing lift, then a moment of well-being with a couple’s treatment at Clarins & myBlends Spa or in your room, an aperitif at Le Bar Long where you can try an exclusive watermelon cocktail, followed by an Omakase dinner at Matsuhisa Paris. The evening will then continue in the Katara Cinema, where you can watch the cult film, Dirty Dancing. To make this enchanting escapade even more unique, you can enjoy a Dirty Dancing themed dance lesson with famous dancer Christophe Licata on Sunday morning.

Our Pastry Chef has given free rein to his imagination with not one, but two exclusive individual pastries with flavours known for their aphrodisiac qualities. One is shaped like the symbol for male, blending chocolate, ginger and mustard seed, and the other is the female symbol with touches of vanilla and saffron.
