The General Consulate of Indonesia in France and top French companies invited leading Indonesian developer Magnum Estate to the Indonesia-France Economic Forum: "Advancing Towards a Sustainable Future." The economic forum was held in Nice, France, on June 10 at the historic Le Negresco hotel.
The main goal of the forum was to encourage France to invest in the Indonesian economy, inform French business representatives about development opportunities in Indonesia's tourism, export sectors, and real estate construction, especially on the island of Bali, and to support Indonesia's ambitious plan known as "Golden Indonesia 2045" (Visi Indonesia Emas 2045). The country aims to become one of the world's top five economies by 2045, inaugurate its new capital Nusantara, and celebrate the centenary of the Republic.
Magnum Estate, a leading company that builds luxury real estate on the island of Bali, operates at governmental level. The company's portfolio includes 11 premium complexes, 5 of which are planned to be launched in 2024.
Magnum Estate was pleased to participate as an invited guest and speaker at the Economic Forum. At the forum, the company's partner, Andres Senkovs, presented on the role of international markets in supporting Indonesia's sustainable development goals, their impact on the country's economy, and shared data on Indonesia's investment appeal.
The forum facilitated dynamic discussions and networking, allowing participants to engage with experts and explore potential collaboration opportunities. The success of the event was supported by local authorities and organizations, including the Mayor of Ville de Nice, Metropole Nice Côte d'Azur, Team Nice Côte d'Azur, and Rising Sud. This reflects a mutual aspiration to strengthen economic ties and promote sustainable practices.
